My name is Tena and I was born in the beautiful island of Jamaica and was raised in the strongest city I know, Brooklyn, New York !  I am proud of where I came from and will always be grateful for the humble beginnings. I am a professional Teacher, Social Service Worker and Journalist. I enjoy writing, producing,  educating the youth, and helping the less fortunate. I am always educating myself, setting goals, and believing that FAITH IN GOD will get me anywhere I want to go if it has already gotten my this far. My BIGGEST INSPIRATION IS MY MOTHER. Without God and my mother I wouldn't have been where I am today so I am forever thankful for God and my mother.

I seek to motivate others to bet determined enough to thrive and make their lives successful . I seek to let my readers/ viewers in on current societal news, entertainment news, political news, and a little bit of my perspectives while at it. Life is real and we are real and my only intention is to be as real and open with all of my readers as possible. Things may seem out of control sometimes but you'll pull through. All you have to do is trust the process, believe in yourself, work hard, and stay determined with an attitude of gratitude.
