Congratulation to Joe Biden for winning and becoming the 46th president of the United States !! Joe Biden has received the most votes in the country’s history of presidency with 75 million votes !! Congrats are also in for Kamala Harris, Joe Biden’s running mate and first black female to become Vice President in the United States ! If that’s not true victory, I don’t know what is !

According to CNN‘s article, “President-elect Joe Biden seeks to unite nation with victory speech President elect- Joe Biden spoke to a deeply divided nation tonight, making a plea for unity and understanding after four years of turmoil and conflict fomented by President Donald Trump, who showed no indication Saturday that he plans to concede and continued to push the falsehood that he had won the election. Speaking in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, Saturday evening, the President-elect reached out to voters who supported Trump. "I understand the disappointment tonight. I've lost a couple of times myself. But now, let's give each other a chance," Biden said. "This is the time to heal in America."

That is what the country needs, Unity ! We’ve gone through many challenging times of systematic racism, police brutality, and a climate of hate everywhere especially among black people so it’s quite a relief to see and believe in a new President and Vice President who is for unity, equality, and love for all nation of people regardless of their race, culture, or class. What’s great about the victory of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is that they both give people hope, optimism, equity, and true humanity that everyone hoped for.

Celebrations of their win was all over the country. Some were in New York, Florida, Pennsylvania and Delaware just to name a few. Although Biden and Harris’ celebration is worthy of, we can only hope for a better future for the people all over the world.
